Features:
It has very fine bouquet and the wine has been highly selected. Completely dry, without addition of sugar.
Settled in bottle from 35 to 48 months.
Constant temperature of fermentation in the wine-cellars of 13-15ºC.

Features:
Sligtly golden colour, dry taste, balanced and soft. Perfect acidity balanced by its age.
Settled in bottle for 36 months at a temperature of 13-15ºC.

 

 

Reserva Rosat

RESERVA GIBERT ROSAT  BRUT

Denomination: Cava
Alcoholic grade: 11,5% vol.
Varieties of wine:
Monastrell and Garnatxa
Features:
Rosé cava brut. Complex smells with fruit touches.
It is also available a semi-dry rosé kind.
Settled in bottle for 30 months.
